New Mediatrix develops bilingual 2004 Keep Cool campaign

Marketing includes subway shelter ads, mailers, posters, and coupon booklets

05/19/04 - The Clean Air Foundation, along with sponsorship from the Ontario government and corporations such as Home Depot, Panasonic, and Budget Car and Truck Rental, is launching their Keep Cool campaign in Toronto and Montreal on Monday, May 24th. The campaign encourages people to bring in their old air conditioners and turn them in for rebates on new qualified ENERGY STAR models.

New Mediatrix was chosen to design this year's campaign materials which include subways shelter ads, mailers, posters, web images, and a coupon booklet of which will be given out when people turn in their air conditioners. The bilingual campaign was developed using a Wild West "Wanted" poster theme to attract attention to the crime of air pollution and energy waste.

Subway shelter ads will be unveilled across the GTA and Montreal on Monday, May 24, 2004 and will run until the end of the campaign mid-June.
