Olena Sullivan designs 2006 Pride Week Theme Logo

"Fearless" theme for Toronto

02/22/06 - Pride Toronto today announced it's new theme for 2006 and unveiled the official theme logo - "Fearless.

Theme suggestions were solicited from the Pride Toronto membership and the general public. The final selection was made by Pride Toronto's volunteer committe coordinators and co-chairs and given to the Art Direction Committee for design of a logo. The logo, designed by Olena Sullivan (of New Mediatrix) who is the Art Direction Committee Coordinator, was chosen from a pool of logos submitted by committee designers by the Pride Toronto membership at a general meeting .

The new theme logo will be used on all Pride Week promotional materials, the web site, and official status events. Pride Week 2006 runs from June 19-25.
